Just like nothing could be wrong

But you don’t know what “Christian” means

Oh, you might think you’re born again
You might think it’s so, but...

Have you opened your heart to the lost? (Ezekiel 22:30)
Have you ever counted the cost? (Luke 14:28-32)
Do you give freely supporting His work? (Luke 6:38)
Is your body His temple, His church? (Romans 12:1-2; I Cor 6:19-20)

No, you don’t know...

Calling His Name like a magic charm (Acts 19:15)
Your religion on your arm (Matthew 23:5)
Hanging His “picture” up on your wall (Exodus 20:4-5)
Thinking you could never fall (1st Corinthians 10:12; Proverbs 16:18)

But you don’t know who Jesus is
You don’t know...
You don’t know...
Oh, you might think you’re serving Him
You might think it’s so, but...

Do you love Him with all of your heart? (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37)
From His presence, never depart? (Psalm 84:10)
Is He your Savior and also your Lord
Within your heart, are you hiding His word? (Psalm 119:11)

No, you don’t know...

Singing a song and saying a prayer
Sitting in your holy chair
Praised by the congregation each week
Affirmation (is) all you seek (Matthew 6:1)

Oh, you don’t know what religion is
You don’t know...
You don’t know...
You go to church and think you’re in
My friend, you should know, that...

If you fail to submit to the Lord
If your ears are closed to His word (2nd Timothy 4:3-4; Isaiah 6:10)
If you think God is impressed with your work
or the building is really the church

Then, you don’t know...

Will you remain an ignorant fool?
Will you be the devil’s tool?
Open your ears and listen to this
Ignorance just isn’t bliss

You need to know what Jesus says
You should know...
You should know...
You need to give your life to Him
Then you’ll truly know that...

You can live life in true victory (Romans 8:37; 1st Corinthians 15:57)
You can have joy, eternally! (Nehemiah 8:10b; Romans 14:17)
Make Him your Savior... Make Him your Lord (Luke 2:11; 1st Timothy 1:1)
Open your heart, and give all to the poor. (Matthew 19:21)

Then you will know...
