One of the important outreach ministries of the Church is the Missionary Circle which seeks to spread God’s word and perform charitable acts whenever needed.The Missionaries serve dinners, buy clothing and other items for needy families, visit the sick and shut-in, and purchase plants for homebound members.

Dear folks at the Siloam Baptist Church, Jamesetta Arthur, one of your members, sends you her greetings from the Dominican Republic. She arrived here in Santo Domingo on Thursday, November 4 and has gotten right into the Lord's work. She is working with a clinic of the Haitian Missionary Baptist Church in a section of town called "Little Haiti" which is a difficult part of town, where new immigrants and merchants from Haiti arrive daily. She is living with Rev. Pierre H. Espady and his family. Pierre is pastor of the church. Jamesetta arrived just fine, but two of her suitcases didn't arrive with her. One arrived yesterday, but the last one is still somewhere between Newark, NJ and Santo Domingo. Pray that it arrives soon. I would encourage you to send her a word of encouragement from time to time.
