The Personnel Committee is responsible for setting policies and overseeing the hiring, evaluation, and dismissal of all paid, non-ministerial staff. They report to the Church Board and work to implement the Board’s recommendations.  When an issue is brought to the Church Board, the Personnel Committee will educate the Board on the parameters of the issues and advise a course of action.  “The work is being carried on with diligence and is making rapid progress under their direction.” Ezra 5:8b
